Scam Call Center Panics
Lately scammers have been trying out a new social security scam.
They claim someone is using your identity to purchase illegal things.
The call center will spoof phone numbers from your local bank or even police numbers to try to convince you they are real. If you follow their script, they'll instruct you to take cash out and buy bitcoin. At that point, they want you to send it to their "secure government wallet".
My hope his that after watching this video, and the other videos on my channel, you'll be better equipped to avoid scams!
