YouTube Description
as posted by the channelWelcome to The Gov Shack LIVE, where we talk about real solutions for New York State and how I would fix them as Governor of New York. Today’s discussion: This election proves it’s time for independents!
The Republicans took a beating, the Democrats remain unpopular, and voters across New York City and the nation are still demanding real change. The truth is, the old system isn’t working — recent reforms haven’t helped, costs are rising, and the status quo continues to fail everyday people. In fact, in NYC, the Republican candidate acted as the spoiler, showing that voters are ready for independent leadership that actually puts people first.
We’ll talk about why now is the perfect time for independents to rise, how it can be done, and what steps we can take to rebuild trust, opportunity, and community in New York. I’ll share my answers, review a video, and take LIVE audience comments and questions.
Join the conversation that challenges the old parties and puts New Yorkers back in charge.
