The workers allege wage theft, discrimination and toxic work environments and are calling for wage transparency, fair scheduling, access to benefits and a human resources representative and accountant to assist with questions and concerns. I invited owner Randy Talley to appear on the show and explain why he rejected their request to unionize or to provide a written statement. He did not take me up on the offer
