Alexander Kozak is charged with first-degree murder in Andrea Jean Farrington's death, and his trial continued in Story County on Tuesday. Farrington, 20, was shot and killed in the Coral Ridge Mall in Coralville on June 12. Kozak, 23, has pleaded not guilty and has entered a diminished responsibility defense, but his lawyers are not disputing he killed Farrington. The two worked at the mall.
