*INFO:* According to police, one person is in custody in connection with the incident. The suspect reportedly called to report the death. Police identified the suspect as 19-year-old Jonathan Caleb Ward. According to the Pickens County Detention Center, Ward is charged with murder. According to warrants for Ward's arrest, officers responded to the Golden Springs Drive residence in reference to a 911 call from an individual who stated he'd killed his mother, before hanging up the phone. Upon arrival on the scene, warrants said Ward told officers the location of his mother's body.
