Attorney Tom Mesereau, a lawyer for actor Danny Masterson, entered a not guilty plea on the defendant’s behalf at an arraignment on Wednesday in Los Angeles County, California. The defendant was not present.
Masterson, best known for his role as “Hyde” on That ’70s Show, raped a 23-year-old woman in 2001, a 28-year-old woman in April 2003, and a 23-year-old woman “sometime” between October and December of 2003 after he had invited her to his Hollywood Hills home, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. Deputy District Attorney Reinhold Mueller said each of the incidents happened at the defendant’s residence.
