4:03Now PlayingAuthorities have released body camera video of the Sedro-Woolley police officer who shot and killed David A. Babcock on February 16. The two Sedro-Woolley, WA police officers attempted to stop Babcock at an intersection by dropping two sets of spike strips on the road. Babcock's vehicle veered onto the shoulder of the road to avoid the spike strips, traveling towards Rosser. Rosser appeared to try to dodge the vehicle as it moved in his direction and fire multiple shots into the vehicle. Officer Maxwell Rosser of the Sedro-Woolley police department has been on paid administrative leave since the shooting occurred.
