2:24Now PlayingA suspect entered the Milwaukee Police Department District 5 and open fired on police officers. The suspect requested information about an active investigation and when denied that information, he began firing a gun in the police station. He fled the station after firing multiple shots and officers pursued him. After locating him and giving multiple verbal commands to drop the gun, the suspect raised the gun at officers. In response, officers fire multiple shots that struck him multiple times causing him to fall to the ground. The officers then approached the suspect, secured his firearm, and took him into custody. No department personnel or civilians were injured during this incident.
