Gunna was detained and charged with one count of conspiracy to violate the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act. After being arrested, Young Thug's house was searched on a warrant in which authorities found drugs and guns. He now faces numerous felony charges related to evidence found during the execution of the search warrant.

Hart testified that she found two DNA profiles on a glove, which is being used as evidence to link Duke with the murder of Tara Grinstead.
