as posted by the channelBodycam footage shows an angry confrontation between a police officer and an EMT in Portsmouth, Ohio in January 2017. First responders were handling the aftermath of a bar fight when an injured person who was knocked out came to and began panicking. The officer began to tase the man before the medic intervened, fearing for the injured man's safety. The officer then argued with the medic and allegedly grabbed him in a forceful way. The Portsmouth Police Chief ruled that the incident was not an improper use of force and there was no disciplinary action taken.
