as posted by the channelA man apparently locked his dog in a hot car with its mouth taped shut for nearly two hours while he went to go gamble at the Bellagio casino in Las Vegas on July 20. Bodycam video released by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department shows an officer arresting the man accused of this thoughtless act. Police say the peak temperature that day was 113 degrees. The suspect has been charged with willful, malicious torture of an animal. The Law&Crime Network's Sierra Gillespie has the latest on this story.
