The man in question, 26-year-old Donovan William Rojas, refused the breathalyzer test while being processed at the Monroe County Sheriff's Office. Rojas is facing charges of fleeing and eluding, along with suspected DUI. Following the arrest, Rojas was relieved of his duties at the Miami-Dade Police Department without pay.
