The Phoenix Police Department in Arizona said they responded to a call about a man who was apparently threatening to jump out the second-floor window. When confronted, the man allegedly brandished a knife, stating he wanted to die, and advanced toward officers, police say. At which time they deployed a taser and shot the man multiple times.
