5:47Now PlayingAuthorities say Fresno police shot a man who was apparently armed with a replica gun on May 19. The suspect's mother called 911 stating that her 27-year-old son, Austin Flores, was violating a restraining order and was armed with a gun that she couldn't tell whether it was fake or real, the Fresno Police Department in California said. Officers shot the suspect after he allegedly pointed the replica gun at them and refused to drop it when given commands to do so, police say. Authorities say officers could not tell whether the gun was real or a replica. The suspect died as a result of this incident.
