YouTube Description
as posted by the channelBodycam footage released by the Mayor of Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania shows a traffic stop that led to a local police advisory committee board member accusing an officer of racial profiling on August 13. The Wilkes-Barre Police Department said officer Dan Duffy pulled Darlene Duggins-Magdalinski over for suspicious window tints and cited her for multiple violations, including no proof of insurance and allowing her daughter to drive her vehicle and suspended license. Duggins-Magdalinski filed a formal complaint, citing racial profiling and claiming she was threatened. The allegations against officer Duffy were dismissed after being deemed baseless by bodycam video from the incident. Duggins-Magdalinski resigned from the board after members voted to oust her on September 3.
