Authorities said the responding officer observed Perry lying on the ground outside of his home with his vehicle still running when he arrived. Video shows the officer questioning Perry about the incident, who denied driving his vehicle that night but confirmed he went out. "Where was I? Dang!," Perry said when the officer asked him what he did earlier that night. "Well, I had a good time." Perry faces a Class B misdemeanor for his suspected role in the hit-and-run incident.
