8:05Now PlayingBodycam and dashcam footage shows officers administering Narcan to a suspect who claimed he was on fentanyl after a wild pursuit on January 31. The Los Angeles Police Department said the pursuit began when the suspect fled a traffic stop in an allegedly stolen vehicle. Officers pursued the suspect on foot after he crashed into a civilian’s car, leaving two innocent victims dead. Authorities said officers arrested Oscar De La Cruz after apprehending him and using Narcan to prevent a potential overdose. De La Cruz faces numerous felony charges in relation to the incident, including two counts of vehicular manslaughter.
