The Jacksonville Police Department said officers went to the suspect’s home after he allegedly fled a traffic stop after blowing a red light. Upon arrival, the mother of 32-year-old Tyliko Maduro complied with officers, unlocking her front door before her son allegedly opened fire right past her, hitting officer Malik Daricaud.
