59:08Now PlayingLori Vallow Daybell’s attorney, Jim Archibald, presented the defense’s closing argument Thursday. Archibald insisted the “doomsday cult” mom was innocent and shifted the blame for the murders to Chad Daybell, Lori’s fifth husband. "She thinks Chad is following Jesus but he’s not. He’s, unfortunately, being led by the storm. Not the first guy to be led by the storm,” Archibald said. He continued ranting about the “lack of evidence” linking Daybell to the killings, claiming she knew nothing about her kids, J.J. Vallow and Tylee Ryan, being buried in Chad’s backyard. Archibald went as far as blaming Lori’s brother, Alex Cox, for the children’s death. Daybell stands accused of murdering both of her kids, along with her “prophet” husband’s late wife, Tammy Daybell.
