During the Law&Crime Network’s Q&A, Cohen said there is a possibility Bortlen could take a plea at any time during Melly’s trial and testify against him in the rapper's double murder trial. Investigators believe Melly and Bortlen shot and killed two of their friends then tried to cover up the crime as a drive-by shooting.
