A 55-year-old middle school principal in New York was arrested last week after he allegedly tried to entice a 16-year-old girl into having sex with him after meeting her on Snapchat. Authorities said Daniel Erickson brought a McDonald’s “Grimace” shake, chicken nuggets, and a box of condoms when he went to meet with the teen. Instead, he came face-to-face with law enforcement. The Law&Crime Network’s Angenette Levy breaks it down with Florina Altshiler, a defense attorney with a specialty in the Child Victims Act and sexual misconduct defense.
