The video captures officers proceeding with a DUI investigation despite Armbruster being one of their own. He's seen failing sobriety testing and refusing a breathalyzer while appearing in an intoxicated state, slurring his words. Armbruster admits on camera he won't make it to work tomorrow and disregards that he has a court appearance pending in a matter of hours.
