6:51Now PlayingAfter a judge declared a mistrial in Austin Ford’s second trial for the murder of his best friend, Tori Lang, the state of Georgia announced it will not proceed with a third trial. “With a heavy heart, the state is announcing it is not going to proceed with a third trial on counts one through five,” district attorney Norris Lewis said in court Wednesday. Ford will instead be sentenced for charges a jury found him guilty of in his first trial, including theft and concealing the death of another.
