Trevizo claims the baby was already dead and her attorney is blaming Artesia General Hospital staff, claiming a nurse killed the baby by administering a cocktail of drugs. The New Mexico teen is charged with first-degree murder, or alternatively abusing a child resulting in death, and tampering with evidence.
