18:06Now PlayingShocking bodycam footage captures the moment deputies in Cleveland arrested a 21-year-old man for allegedly attempting to bring a bag of firearms into the courthouse. On August 9th, Lanell Williams set off metal detectors while entering the building armed with a MAC-10 machine pistol and other weapons.
When confronted by officers, Williams claimed he didn't realize bringing guns into the courthouse violated any rules. He stated he was carrying the firearms for protection while filing a restraining order against an alleged stalker. However, his excuse didn't hold up, and Williams along with his mother, whom he said he was protecting, were both arrested on multiple firearms charges.
