Ferriter is facing prison time for aggravated child abuse and false imprisonment after investigators said he beat his teen son and locked him inside an 8x8 room for hours — forcing the child to use a bucket to relieve himself. Ferriter told police at the time of his arrest that his son had behavioral issues and was working to fix them.
