YouTube Description
as posted by the channelBodycam footage from the Miami Beach Police Department shows a Florida man trying to speed away from an officer who stopped him on his motorcycle — but instead, he lost control of his bike and crashed into a packed restaurant. The motorcyclist, later identified as Jose Luis Otero, was allegedly riding his bike without a license and with alleged stolen plates. He told an officer he was going to pull over out of the street so they could complete the traffic stop out of the way, but instead, the footage shows he revved his engine, lost control, and injured several people eating along a popular, packed street.
