YouTube Description
as posted by the channelOn February 4, 2019, Officer Andrew Mamone stopped a car that was allegedly being driven in a suspicious manner. During the traffic stop, he discovered that two men were in possession of marijuana. Both men were asked to exit the car. The driver gave his real name, Tarik Green, but the passenger gave the false name of Carey Grant. His real name was Daquan Grant. Grant was placed in handcuffs and during the investigation, Grant attempted to run from officers. Officer Mamone and his partner caught him, but Grant managed to maneuver the handcuffs to the front of his body. After attempting to run again, Officer Mamone tased him. After subduing him, the officer attempted to get the handcuffs back behind Grant's body. After Grant said he was unable to, Officer Mamone forced his leg back through the handcuffs as Grant screamed in pain. After an internal investigation, it was determined that Officer Mamone acted with unreasonable force. Mamone was suspended for 24 hours without pay.
