Authorities said a bystander allegedly caught Andrei Galynine on camera exposing himself to the victim, which was used to identify him. Galynine was arrested days later after returning from his trip to Florida.

The disturbing incident unfolded in one of the airport's atrium areas when Galynine allegedly exposed and began touching himself in front of the underage victim. A quick-thinking witness captured video evidence on their cellphone before Galynine fled the scene. Police released images of the suspect to the public and apprehended him after he returned to Atlanta from Florida several days later. Galynine was arrested and charged with public indecency and criminal attempt to commit a felony.
