On February 24, Ryan was found shot and killed in a Fairfax County, Virginia home. Also inside, was the body of 37-year-old Christine Banfield, who was found stabbed to death. Initially, Banfield’s husband called 911 and claimed responsibility, but investigators now say Peres Magalhaes pulled the trigger. The Law&Crime Network’s Sierra Gillespie breaks down the case with former FBI agent Tracy Walder, who explains why there have yet to be charges in Banfield's death.
