as posted by the channelIn a tragic incident that unfolded on October 16 in Pike County, Ohio, a car crash claimed the life of 7-year-old Raegan Arianna Lansing. Bodycam footage captured in the aftermath of the crash shows the driver, 43-year-old Chasity Bliss from Piketon, admitting to an Ohio State Highway Patrol trooper that she had turned her head to talk to her daughters, who were fighting in the back seat, moments before the crash. Shockingly, Raegan was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident, and Bliss' 5-year-old daughter was also in the vehicle.

The bodycam video reveals a heart-wrenching scene as Bliss screams, cries, and begs to see her "baby." During questioning, the trooper conducts a field sobriety test and inquires about Bliss' drug use, including methamphetamine and Xanax. Bliss is ultimately arrested for allegedly operating a vehicle impaired (OVI) and faces multiple felony charges, including aggravated vehicular homicide, endangering children, involuntary manslaughter, and reckless homicide. The tragic loss of Raegan, a first-grader at Jasper Elementary School who loved fishing with her late father, has left her family and community devastated.
