The Oklahoma teacher accused of showing up drunk to teach her third-grade class in August was arrested again on Monday. Payne County authorities said Kimberly Coates allegedly showed up to the courthouse walking unsteadily, smelling of alcohol with glossy eyes and slurred speech. A deputy arrested her for public intoxication after she allegedly admitted to having a glass of wine before coming to court — the same drink of choice she's accused of bringing to the elementary school. The Law&Crime Network’s Sierra Gillespie breaks it down.
