as posted by the channelIn an incident captured on bodycam footage, Ohio police arrested a woman for allegedly bringing a gun to her son's elementary school on November 9. The Cleveland Police Department reported that the mother, identified as Paris Beasley, 26, was stopped by security after walking her son to school. During the confrontation, Beasley claimed that she had informed security about the firearm and that she had done so on a daily basis without encountering any issues. However, her actions were in direct violation of school policies and state laws regarding firearms on educational grounds.

Following the incident, a Cuyahoga County grand jury indicted Paris Beasley on November 21 on charges of conveying a deadly weapon into a school safety zone and aggravated menacing. According to the bodycam footage, Cleveland police responded to Luis Muñoz Marin School Dual Language Academy after receiving a call from a security guard who reported that Beasley had entered the school with a firearm. When officers arrived, Beasley refused to hand over her bag containing the gun, leading police to handcuff her in order to confiscate the loaded 9mm handgun. Despite Beasley's claims of informing everyone about the weapon and doing so every day, her actions have led to serious legal consequences.
