50:39Now PlayingGeorgia woman Hannah Payne took the stand and testified in her own defense on Monday. Payne stands accused of murdering Kenneth Herring after she followed him when he was involved in a hit-and-run accident. Payne then fatally shot Herring while he was in the driver’s seat of his car, which she claims was in self-defense. The 25-year-old is charged with malice murder, two counts of felony murder, aggravated assault, false imprisonment, and three counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime. Payne could face life behind bars.
