Franke admitted she and another adult restrained Franke’s two youngest children with handcuffs, denied them access to food and water, and made them stand outside in the hot sun for hours. As part of her plea agreement, Franke is required to testify against Hildebrandt. The Law&Crime Network’s Jesse Weber checks in with KUTV2News reporter Brian Schnee to discuss what we can expect during Hildebrandt’s hearing.
