8:15Now PlayingAfter making a plea agreement in court Wednesday, Jodi Hildebrant’s defense attorney, Douglas Terry, spoke to local media reporters outside a Utah courthouse. Terry said Hildebrandt chose to take a plea agreement before Ruby Franke did, and that she wanted to take one so the children didn’t have to testify. “Her main focus is for the children to be able to heal,” Terry said. Hildebrandt will be sentenced in February.
