9:42Now PlayingAfter a judge declared a mistrial in the treehouse murder case against Franklin Tyrone Tucker, the man who represented himself throughout the entire trial spoke to Law&Crime’s Michel Bryant. “There’s no way they’re going to get a conviction,” Tucker said when asked about what will happen at the next trial. “Now I’m coming back with two witnesses who say they’re 100% sure that I didn’t do it.” Tucker is the husband of CrossFit co-founder Lauren Jenai. Investigators believe Tucker was responsible for executing a deadly robbery in Key West back in 2017.
