The officers then proceed to administer field sobriety tests to evaluate Rush's level of intoxication. The bodycam footage captures Rush having difficulty maintaining her balance and stumbling during the tests, which the officers interpret as potential evidence of her being under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Based on their observations and the results of the field sobriety tests, the officers decide to place Maggie Rush under arrest for driving under the influence (DUI).
