According to reports, Baur's boyfriend, Jesse Vang, who has also been arrested and charged with child neglect, claims to have last seen Elijah before taking a nap. When Vang awoke, the toddler was nowhere to be found. As the investigation into Elijah's disappearance continues, both Baur and Vang are scheduled to appear back in court in mid-March.
