Bodycam footage shows Ruby Franke and Jodi Hildebrandt being questioned by police after they were arrested on August 30, 2023. Authorities took the duo into custody after Franke’s 12-year-old son escaped from Hildebrandt’s home covered in wounds and duct tape. Ruby appeared stone-faced and remained silent while officers asked her questions. “I’ll wait till I have a lawyer,” the YouTube mom said after refusing to answer questions. Hildebrandt told police she was advised by her attorney to not answer any questions. “I’m a psychologist, I watch people flip things all the time,” Hildebrandt insisted.
