Investigators say 27-year-old Pietura and 15-year-old Erik Mendoza killed McCree, bound him, and then tossed the young boy’s body in a dumpster. Pietura will be sentenced on July 26. Mendoza faces multiple felonies, including first-degree homicide, and will appear in court in August.
