The motion comes after Combs, a former Bad Boy Entertainment president, and another individual were sued in December 2023 by a woman identified as Jane Doe for sex trafficking and gang-raping her when she was 17 years old. Combs has denied all claims in his ongoing sexual assault lawsuits. The motion alleges that the plaintiff's use of "trigger warning" is a "stunt" intended to cause unwanted publicity and damage to Combs' reputation before any evidence has been presented.
