A Texas man named Quan Flowers, 39, faces a murder charge in connection with the death of 24-year-old Megan Rouse, whose body was found on a road in Houston with gunshot wounds on May 3. Authorities connected Flowers to Rouse's killing after reviewing surveillance footage and linking ballistic evidence from two other shootings believed to be related to the murder due to "commonalities such as geographical location" and "excessive violence" documented in the crimes. A woman directed authorities to Flowers, initially identifying him by the nickname "Country," and his listed address is a two-minute drive from where Rouse's body was found.
