Calhoun claimed that Kelly was "forcibly drowned" and Adrienne was the only adult present with the child when deputies arrived at the scene. The Sheriff said the case will be presented to a grand jury once the investigation is complete. Adrienne has been charged with murder in connection with the incident. She is currently being held on a $500,000 bond and will be transferred to jail after her release from a medical facility.
