14:07Now PlayingRapper Julio Foolio, born Charles Andrew Jones II, was murdered while leaving his birthday celebration in Tampa, Florida on June 23. Florida authorities announced the arrests of four suspects in Jones’ murder and stated one accused killer is still at large. Tampa police held a press conference about the arrests and released security video of the ambush, showing the heavily armed suspects opening fire on Jones. Law&Crime’s Elizabeth Millner breaks down the case so far.
