Canton police got a call from a concerned neighbor claiming Alexis Ferrell was “tweaking out.” Another caller who claimed to be Ferrell’s cousin said the suspected cat killer was livestreaming herself eating the dead animal on Facebook. When officers arrived, they found Ferrell kneeling down with the cat in her hands and fur all over her mouth. Law&Crime’s Sierra Gillespie breaks down the disturbing incident.
