Kouri Richins, 33, stands accused of murdering her husband, Eric Richins, by poisoning him with the "mixed" drink in March 2022. After her husband’s death, she went on to write a children’s book about grieving a dad’s death and even appeared on a local talk show touting her book. Prosecutors will call witnesses and present evidence they believe proves Richins murdered her husband.
