29:30Now PlayingA 43-year-old man is behind bars after being convicted of lewd conduct with a minor in Idaho. Shane Alan Cady, who lived in Nevada, sexually assaulted a 13-year-old girl in 2021. The victim’s dad, who used to be one of Cady's closest friends, said he viewed the predator as a brother before he took advantage of the young girl. The victim confronted Cady at sentencing, telling him he stole her innocence and she’s still struggling with “irreversible pain” to this day. Law&Crime’s Elizabeth Millner breaks down the case.
