as posted by the channelBodycam footage shows a Florida man allegedly leading deputies on a high-speed chase in Vero Beach, Florida on October 4, 2023. The Indian River County Sheriff’s Office said Nicholas Parchesco was arrested after the dramatic chase reached speeds of over 130mph. Back-to-back PIT maneuvers were caught on body cameras as the chase ended on I-95. Parchesco was allegedly on the run after stabbing a physician in Palm Beach County, investigators said. He was booked for felony fleeing and eluding and later pleaded not guilty. In Palm Beach County, court records show that Parchesco was deemed incompetent to stand trial after a mental evaluation.
