A Texas man faces capital murder for allegedly killing his pregnant wife. On October 7, Houston police responded to a report of suicide at the home of Lee Gilley and his wife Christa Gilley. Lee allegedly told investigators his wife attempted suicide by overdosing. Christa was rushed to a local hospital and pronounced dead. However, hospital staff noted she had bruising on her face and had other injuries to her body. Law&Crime’s Elizabeth Millner breaks down the shocking case.
